Are you planning a special event or corporate function? Look no further than The South Wales Aviation Museum's fully refurbished conference room! Perched on our second floor, our versatile space offers a unique setting for a range of occasions.

Our Conference Room

Our conference room comes equipped with everything you need for a successful event:

Amenities: Tables, chairs, flipchart and TV system for digital presentations.

Capacity: Seated setup accommodates approximately 32 guests, while a standing/conference arrangement can hold around 45-50 individuals.

Bar Services: Enjoy the convenience of a licensed bar within the room (additional cost applies).

Refreshments: Tea, coffee and water are included in the hire of the venue, ensuring your guests are catered to throughout the event.

Accessibility Notice

Unfortunately, at present, there is no lift to the conference room. However, we are pleased to announce that we are in the process of receiving a Shared Prosperity Fund to install a lift and an accessible toilet. The anticipated schedule date for these accessibility enhancements is April 2024.

Pricing and Packages

We offer flexible pricing to suit your needs:

• Half Day: £65

• Full Day: £130

• Catering Options: Choose from our cold or hot buffet options:

  • Cold Buffet: £8.50 per person

  • Hot Buffet: £10.50 per person

• Café Usage: Alternatively, utilise the adjacent café for lunch, adding a delightful culinary experience to your event.

Bar Services

Please note, the use of the bar incurs an additional cost of £100. This fee covers the bar license and staffing. All drinks will be purchased on-site at the bar during your event.
